Performances

The basic package of the Coffeeshop Company, for our franchise holders, comprises following performances, presented below, and is satisfied by a payment of a one-time admission fee of € 25.000,-/location (excluding VAT):

- Goods credit item of € 3.000,- at opening

- Development, construction and protection of the Coffeeshop Company brand

- Creation of the handbook, including all guidelines and manuals

- Development of a consistent shop-concept (colors, shapes, material)

- Selection and design of the range of goods

- Selection of vendors and adoption of agreements

- Elaboration of the marketing concept

- Development of the internet-based marketing platform

- Development of the internet-based logistics platform

- Development and allocation of controlling tools

- Initial training of the franchise holder

- Elaboration of a detailed, location-based business plan

- Support in funding of the location

- Analysis of the company's location

- Enrollment in the competence center - Schärf World

- Creation of training material

- Active personnel support at opening

Permanent Performances
The monthly franchise fee of 5% of the net revenue/location includes following periodical recurring performances:

- Usage of the protected word-design mark

- Usage of the developed purchase- and transportation logistics

- Provision of longtime acquired know how

- Conducting of further education meetings

- Performance of regular brush-up workshops

- Analysis and support of business process

- Ongoing development and adaption of products

- Further development of the point-of-sale system and the reporting system

- Provision of highly advanced controlling tools

Advertising Support
Performances are satisfied by an advertisement charge of 1% of the net revenue:

- Ongoing maintenance and further development of the brand image

- Press relations (Contact with print media, set-up of public relations-articles ...)

- Representation on exhibitions and similar events

- Performance and coordination of national advertising efforts

- Graphic support of the partner
