Idea

The original model of the Coffeeshop Company concept, "Coffee-to-go", is a trend, which has been created in the United States of America, in the 1980s and now intensely spreads out over all international markets. Within this trend, coffee has been repositioned on the market as a lifestyle product and thus, has increased its image value. Against this background, we have developed the concept of the Coffeeshop Company and have brought it to fruition on the market.

Focal point of this concept is the high-quality product, coffee, which has been newly rated for some time past, supported by the creation of a young and modern coffee culture in the United States. Based on this idea, the Coffeeshop Company evolved over the course of time. Now, the goal is to continue the traditional Viennese cafe culture within the concept of Schärf-Coffeeshops. A feeling of security and perfect ambiance is meant to be facilitated. Coffeeshop Company shops not only conciliate "Coffee-to-go", but furthermore, recreate the high-quality architecture and the exquisite service of a typical Viennese cafe.

Various solutions and stirring ideas are a crucial part. Therefore, offered espresso-coffee specialties are prepared in top-quality, using special cups and elegant glassware. The cup features excellent isolation properties and ensures the maintenance of the ideal drinking temperature of approximately 60° Celsius, for a minimum of 30 minutes. A specifically designed lid with a small opening closes up the cup, and thus, is best suited for the consumption out of house or on the go. Hence, the offered specialties and their mode of administration comply with the need for mobility of modern society, as well as the high quality standard of the target group.
