The concept of the Coffeeshop Company is organized in a modular way and can be adapted to the respective local requirements, depending on the areal conditions and the expected customer frequency. Thus, it is individually configurable and can be customized to its surroundings.

The Schärf Group of Companies does not leave anything to chance with regards to site selection. It is carried out by the expansion department of the Coffeeshop Company or by the franchise holder. Previous to construction, highest attention is paid to the strategically ideal location of the Coffeeshop Company shop. Finally, the intentional location has to be approved of by the Coffeeshop Company. The outer appearance of the shops is consistent, however not identical. Every Coffeeshop Company location differs from another by small but nice details.

Coffeeshop Company concepts
Depending on the available surface area, following concepts are realizable:

Lounge:
Surface area: 120-200 square meters
This is the most common Coffeeshop Company concept. Every Lounge offers service attendance. Included in the menu are warm and cold snacks, as well as coffee, served with Coffeeshop Company glassware or cups. Naturally, all products are also available for take away.

Classic:
Surface area: 40-100 square meters
The prototype of a coffeeshop concept. Performance at its finest, however on a self-service basis. Mugs, glassware and cups are part of the basic equipment, as well as all typical Coffeeshop products. This concept is primarily realized in inner city facilities.

Shop in Shop/Base
Surface area: 20-30 square meters for the area of the Coffeeshop Company
As the name implies, this is a matter of a shop in shop concept. Focal point is the take away concept. Here, all known Coffeeshop Company coffee-beverages are offered, as well as some selected snacks and sweets.
